THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.941 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.196 of 2017 of Gajwel Police Station, Siddipet District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 420 read with 34 of IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gajwel, on 28.02.2019.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
