This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1,973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.1400 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC'). 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - Accused and I I learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the property in question which is Villa No.23 is in possession of petitioner and the complainant has falsely claimed that it falls into his share.
4. The dispute appears to be predominantly civil in nature, for which reason, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the
Investigating Officer in respect of FIR No.1400 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, to conclude investigation as expeditiously as possible, without interfering into the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and 2nd respondent. Further, the petitioner - Accused shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
