THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1730 of 2014 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dt.21-08-2014 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.29377 of 2014 in W.P.No.23455 of 2014 has been complied with and the proceedings in Rc.No.C2/531/2013 dt.17-04-2015 have been issued. A copy 0f the said order has been placed before me. The said order indicates that a space is allotted to the petitioner on 18-04-2015 for a period of three years by 2nd respondent-Devasthanam on certain terms and conditions.

Having regard to the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
