THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.3069 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard.

This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a writ or direction to respondents 1 to 5 to investigate the facts stated in the Writ Petition and register the F.I.R.

Admittedly, no complaint is lodged by the petitioner nor he filed any private complaint before the jurisdictional Magistrate. No satisfactory explanation is given as to why the petitioner ventured to file the Writ Petition praying to treat the averments in the writ petition as complaint.

On the allegations sought to be leveled by the petitioner in the Writ Petition, this Court cannot exercise extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and direct the respondents-Police to treat this as a complaint and to investigate.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available under law. 6.
