THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.896 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.127 of 2017 on the file of Gajwel Police Station, Siddipet District.

Having argued for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below be dispensed with till filing of charge sheet. There is no compulsion for the petitioner to attend the criminal Court during crime stage.

Under these circumstances, the personal appearance of the petitioner/A.4 in criminal proceedings is dispensed with till filing of charge sheet. On filing of the charge sheet, the Court is required to issue summons for the appearance of petitioner. This Criminal Petition is ordered accordingly. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
