Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of refusal to register the deed of conveyance presented before the Sub-Registrar bearing P.No.586 of 2016 dated 04.02.2017. Petitioner preferred appeal before the District Registrar, Tirupathi, under Section 72 of the Registration Act, on 03.03.2017 sent through registered post. Alleging inaction on the said appeal, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Petitioner filed a copy of appeal as Ex.P.1 and the endorsement and proof of registered post at Page No.12. It appears the said appeal is pending and no orders are passed. 4.

If that is so, the Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits directing the District Registrar, Tirupati, Chittoor District, to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in the appeal dated 03.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner, within a period of six (6) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
