THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9922 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.25 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, Sri C.A.Prasad, advocate representing the petitioner's counsel submitted that inspite of several reminders the petitioner did not choose to contact the counsel.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter for the reasons best known to him. No purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
