The petitioner/Accused and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.
I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in C.C.No.1377 of 2018 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District arising out of FIR No.260 of 2018 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354-A IPC, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably and not having any grievance.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offence. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.1377 of 2018 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District arising out of FIR No.260 of 2018 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/Accused is acquitted.
