THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32144 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not registering a case upon her complaint dated 18.08.2015. Though a private party has been impleaded as the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, this Court does not deem it necessary to put the said respondent on notice in the light of the order passed hereunder.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Ghatkesar Police Station, Cyberabad, furnished written instructions dated 05.10.2015 to the Office of the learned Government Pleader for Home stating that upon petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2015, Crime No.443 of 2015 had been registered under Sections 448, 504 and 506 I.P.C. on the file of Ghatkesar Police Station, Cyberabad.

The grievance of the petitioner therefore stands settled. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
