JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.37466 of 2016 ORDER : (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 17th October 2016, passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.3325 of 2016, whereby, the O.A. filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the vigilance report filed by the concerned officer is against S.V.V.Rama Rao, whereas, the name of the petitioner is S.V.V. Ramakrishna, thus, he is wrongly placed under suspension on a mistaken identity. He seeks permission to make a representation.

Permission is granted. Let needful be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of representation from the petitioner, the respondents shall decide the same within two weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken thereon, to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
