Khazi Ghouse Mohiuddin, v. The Principal Secretary (Home),
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.2406 OF 2015 ORDER:
Sri Mohd.
Naseeruddin Mahamood, learned counsel appearing for the counsel for petitioner informs the Court that the writ petition has become infructuous, since respondents 3 and 4 are not interfering with the civil disputes in respect of Plot bearing No.9 in Sy.No.21/B situated at Timmajipet Village and Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, which was sold away by the petitioner under the registered sale deed dated 10.08.2007 to the 5th respondent. It is also stated that the respondent-police are not summoning the petitioner to police station.
2.
In view of the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
