THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2044 OF 2016 AND WRIT PETITIONS No. 17698 OF 2016 & 37802 OF 2014 COMMON ORDER:

The Contempt Case has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.06.2016 in W.P.M.P.No. 21763 of 2016 in Writ Petition No. 176798 of 2016.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said order dated 08.06.2016 has been complied with. Hence, he prays that the Contempt Case may be closed.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case stands closed.

Inasmuch as the relief for which Writ Petitions No. 17698 of 2016 and 37802 of 2014 have been filed, stands granted on account of the interim orders of this Court, no further orders are required to be passed therein, submits the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Recording the above-said submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petitions are also closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
