HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 AND 3 OF 2019 IN/AND Crl.P.No.879 OF 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.No.3 of 2019 is filed by them to permit them to compromise the matter and I.A.No.2 of 2019 is filed by them to record compromise and compound the offences against the accused in S.C.No.61 of 2018 on the file of I Special Sessions Judge, Atrocities Against Women, Ranga Reddy District, which is outcome of Crime No.625 of 2016 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 420, 493 and 376 IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and a Joint Memo was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in S.C.No.61 of 2018 on the file of I Special Sessions Judge, Atrocities against Women, Ranga Reddy District, are hereby quashed, the petitioner/accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the petitioner/accused, if any, stands cancelled.
