HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23024 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application on 25.01.2016 before the 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.12 cents in Sy.No.25 of Jayanthivari Agraharam Village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Vishakapatnam District along with an application in Form VI-A.

Heard both sides.

Since the application filed by the petitioner on 25.01.2016 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 25.01.2016 in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and affected parties if any.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
