The Court made the following Order:

SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.911 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.3, in Crime No.50 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, S.R. Puram Police Station, Chittoor District. 2.

The offences alleged are under Sections 420,468 and 471 Rlw.34 of l.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondenlState, and perused the record. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner in Criminal Petition No.'10767 of 2017, seeking anticipatory bail, was dismissed by this Court, on 14.11.2017, considering that the petitioner was involved in another case in Crime No.6 of 2017. Learned counsel now clarifies that the another case in which the petitioner involved is not in Crime No.6 ol 2011 but it is in Crime No.6 of 20'17, which is registered for the offence of Criminal trespass. 5.

Be that as it may, learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per the confession of the co-accused t.e., accused No.6, this petitioner was involved in the commission of the offence, He further submits that the matter is still under investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the petitioner is suffering from complicated gastric problems. But this Court opines that the said problem cannot form a basis for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
