THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No.1195 of 2015 ORDER:

This Court disposed of Writ Petition No.14462 of 2015 on 04.06.2015 filed against the order cancelling the authorization of petitioner's fair price shop by remanding the matter to the second respondent for consideration of charges afresh. This contempt case is filed alleging non-supply of stock in spite of order dated 04.06.2015 setting aside the order of cancellation. Now, the counter affidavit is filed in this contempt case stating that the petitioner produced a demand draft on 18.06.2015 for Rs.12,880/- and the essential commodities were allocated to the petitioner from July, 2015 onwards.

In view of the same, there is no substance in the contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
