There was no representation for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for hearing on 22.06.2015. It was accordingly directed to be listed 'For Dismissal' on 23.06.2015. On that day, it was stated that the learned counsel on record had met with an accident and therefore the matter was adjourned to 14.07.2015.

Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal' but there is no representation for the petitioner or her learned counsel yet again.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
