CVNR, J & TR, J Dated:31.03.2017 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal arises out of Order and Decree, dated 07.04.2005, in O.P.No.65 of 2002 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Narayanpet.

Mr.N.Praveen Reddy, learned Counsel appearing for Mr.N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, circulated letter, dated 06-02-2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) wherein it is stated that LAAS.No.1431 of 2005 and batch, pertaining to lands covered by the same notification under which the lands of the appellant were also acquired, was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court by its Judgment, dated 24-03-2014, whereunder the market value of the structures awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer was increased by one more time.

The learned Government Pleader for Appeals (TS) fairly conceded that the aforementioned Division Bench Judgment covers this case as well.

In view of the above, this Appeal is partly allowed by increasing the market value of structures by one time over and above the valuation made by the Land Acquisition Officer. It

CVNR, J & TR, J Dated:31.03.2017 is further directed that Judgment, dated 24-03-2014 in LAAS.Nos.1431 of 2006 and batch shall form part of this Judgment.
