HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19182 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting survey in respect of the land of the petitioner admeasuring 555 sq.yards in Sy.Nos.780-1 and 780-2 situated at Yerrabalem Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District despite the application made by the petitioner in "Meeseva" dated 16.09.2015 and in also in view of the letter dated 08.12.2015 issued by the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is covered by the judgment in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

For the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner in terms of judgment in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 in accordance with law after collecting necessary charges therefor within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

A copy of the order in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 is to be annexed to this order.
