Devulapally Swaroopa v. Amrapali Kata, Ias
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 539 of 2017 ORDER:
The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 27.02.2017 passed in W.P.No.2818 of 2017.
Today fifth respondent is present. His presence is dispensed with.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), by producing a memo dated 03.04.2017, says that no further survey was conducted in view of pendency of the civil suits. He further submits that the writ petition itself was disposed of directing the respondents to conduct survey and if the parties are aggrieved, they can approach the civil Court. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies according to law.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
