HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.24682 OF 2017 ORDER:

The impugned proceedings are passed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). The petitioner challenges proceedings No.G/ 4622/ 2013 of the Revenue Divisional Officer/ 3rd respondent made under the Act as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

The petitioner, on 06.05.2017, filed revision under Section 9 of the Act. The revision filed by petitioner is taken on file as B2/ 761/ 2017 by the office of the Joint Collector, Mancherial. The counsel appearing for parties submit that since the revision is pending, the Joint Collector, Mancherial is directed to dispose of the revision pending in file No.B2/ 761/ 2017 within reasonable time. The statement is place on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order: (a) the interim order granted on 26.07.2017 is directed to be continued during the pendency of case No.

B2/ 761/ 2017;

(b) the parties are given liberty to file memo by enclosing a copy of this order before the Joint Collector, Mancherial for expeditious disposal; and (c) the Joint Collector, Mancherial on receipt of memo of either of the parties considers disposing of the revision within three months thereof, after affording opportunity to both parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.
