Ms. M.Anusha, learned counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the parties have already compromised the matter outside the Court and no further cause would survive in the present Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
