The learned counsel representing Sri M.Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to avail remedies available under law. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
