3. A perusal of the material on record falls short for this Court to admit the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

4. Hence, the criminal petition is disposed of by giving liberty as the factual matrix otherwise entitles the petitioners to concession of regular bail by directing them to surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned and move for regular bail application. Needless to say, the learned Magistrate shall dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners at the post bail stage and pending investigation. In the

event of police filing final report or any cognizance taken by the Court, the petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy available to them.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 9th July 2015.
