This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with the civil matter by insisting the petitioner to remove the room constructed by the petitioner in his plot bearing No.188 of West part admeasuring 150 sq. yards in Sy.No.60/Part, Karmanghat village, Saroor Nagar mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and without jurisdiction.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for official respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 17.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that the third respondent authority received a Dial 100 call on 03.02.2020 from one G.Venkata Ratnam, who is respondent No.4 in the writ petition, wherein the complainant stated that one Saber Sultan-petitioner herein entered into his open plot and tried to put the fencing wire by keeping a container. The respondent police authorities upon visiting the site informed both the parties not to create any law and order problem and advised them to approach police station. By the said instructions, it is further stated that upon the parties approaching the police station and on enquiry it was disclosed that the matter is purely of civil in nature, and as such, they advised both the parties to approach the concerned Court. By the said written instructions, the respondents denied the allegation made by the petitioner in the present writ petition that respondent No.3 called the petitioner to the police station and detained him in the police station and the

same is false. It is further stated that respondent No.3 police authority never interfered in the civil matters of the petitioner at any point of time nor insisted him to remove the constructed room.

Having regard to the said statement made before this Court on the basis of written instructions, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
