HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.10037 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9245 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of S.C.No.717 of 2012 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, which is outcome of crime No.64 of 2012 of III Town Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 r/w 109 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.10037 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
