THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9824 of 2015 ORDER:
The writ petitioner is aggrieved of the action of the second respondentrevisional authority in not passing orders in the revision or in the stay application filed by him against the orders of the third respondent, dated 25-122014.
2. The averments in the writ affidavit are to the effect that 5th respondent - Tahsildar with the knowledge of the petitioner herein granted D. Form patta in vaour of the father of the 6th respondent vide D.A.Dis.No.967/79, in the land in Sy.No.144-6, EX.AC.3-09 cents of Dodderi village, Rolla mandal, Anantapur District. After knowing the same, the petitioner filed statutory appeal before the 4th respondent - Sub Collector, in the year 2004. The 4th respondent passed order in D.DIS.1930/2004/(D), Dated 12-11-2009, dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner holding that the appeal is filed after lapse of 33 years. Aggrieved by the said order of the 4th respondent, the petitioner filed a statutory revision before the 3rd respondent.
The 3rd respondent passed order in D.DIS/E2/1364/2010, dated 25-12-2014, confirming the orders of the 4th respondent, dated 12-11-2009. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed Statutory Revision before the 2nd respondent - Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad along with stay petition on 26-02-2015. Now, the grievance of the petitioner herein is that the 2nd respondent has neither disposed of the Stay application nor the Revision.
3. Heard the petitioner counsel and the learned Government Pleader.

Considering the fact that the Revision as well as the Stay application are pending before the 2nd respondent, this writ petition can be disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Stay application, or preferably the Revision itself, within a period of three months from today. Till such time
the Stay Petition or the Revision, whichever is earlier, is disposed of, there shall be Stay of eviction proceedings against the petitioners.
