THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V. SESHA SAI WRI T PETI TI ON No.31566 of 2017 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court that under identical circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.39017 of 2017 by way of an order dated 04.12.2017. A copy of the said order is also placed on record. In fact, the said writ petition was disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.36804 of 2015 and batch dated 20.11.2015.

Following the same and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to receive licence fee for renewal, if it is paid within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
