This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondents had willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dt.08-12-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.50217 of 2016 in W.P.No.40773 of 2016. 2.

In the said order, this Court directed the respondents to continue the petitioner as Compute Instructor/Teacher in the Kasthuriba Gandhi Vidyalaya, Bodhan, Nizamabad District. 3.

Today proceedings dt.10-03-2017 issued by 4TH respondent have been produced by Sri G.Bhaskar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 to continue the petitioner as Computer Instructor as per the above High Court order. 4.

Copy of this order is marked to the Special Officer, KGBV, Bodhan, Nizamabad District (R-5) in the Contempt Case. 5.

Having regard to the above proceedings issued by 4TH respondent, the interim order dt.08-12-2016 has been complied with. 6.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 7.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
