The petitioner/Accused and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.
I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in FIR No.295 of 2018 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 416, 417, 420 IPC, Sections 66-C and 66-D of the Information Technology Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably and not having any grievance.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner in FIR No.295 of 2018 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/Accused is acquitted.
