The relief sought for in this Writ Pet6ition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2009 for extending the term of the Agricultural Market Committee, Suryapet, for a further period of six months. The six months period, sought for by the petitioner, expired on 24.10.2009, nearly eight years ago. It is evident, therefore, that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
