THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2650 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 27.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Visakhapatnam City are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions to the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition read as under:- "It is reiterated that the 3rd respondent has never pressurized the petitioner to settle the civil dispute with the 4th respondent nor directed him to pay any amount to the 4th respondent at any point of time, as alleged in the writ petition. All these and such other allegations of the petitioner against the respondent police authorities are totally false, baseless and concocted only for the sake of filing this writ petition and the same are hereby specifically denied."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 27.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Visakhapatnam City. There shall be no order as to costs.

5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
