HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3061 of 2020 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that she filed revision before the 2nd respondent in File No.D/1619/2018 against the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sircilla dated 22-02-2018 aggrieved by entries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.12-30 guntas in Sy.No.98 of Dumala, Yeilareddipet Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District and the same is pending. As the same is not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the revisional authority to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner after issuing notice to her and affected parties if any, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
