When the matter was called on 12.10.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence, the matter was directed to be listed after Dasara Vacation, 2015. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

2. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
