This is an application filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 19.04.2016 in WPMP.No.16125 of 2016 in W.P.No.12870 of 2016. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the orders of this Court the respondents have reinstated the petitioner into service and nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt case.
