HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.15518 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not approving the sale of land of Ac.4.56 cents in Sy.No.391/ 2 of Pudipatla Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, pursuant to the auction held on 27.01.2003 and not registering the same in favour of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the sale was approved in favour of the petitioner and accordingly, sale deed was also executed.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
