This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in providing police aid for implementation of injunction order passed by Principal District Judge, Nizamabad in I.A.No.1908 of 2018 in O.S.No.77 of 2018, dated 26-12-2018 in respect of petition schedule property. Learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondents submits that injunction order granted on 26-12-2018 in I.A.No.1908 of 2018 in O.S.No.77 of 2018 is vacated by order dated 02-04-2019 and certified copy of the order is also filed to that effect.
