THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.507 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 02.01.2018 passed in I.A. No.1254 OF 2017 in O.S.No.346 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, Krishna District. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of fresh application before the trial court. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
