THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.892 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.135 of 2018 on the hle of the Station House Officer, Lallaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

Respondent No.2-de facto complainant filed a criminal complaint on 10.07.2018 against the petitioners stating that \ \ they have induced her to deliver her property documents and wrongfully obtained loan of Rs'1'10'00'OO0/- in their favour.

However, during the course of investigation' when the Investigation Officer recorded the statement of respondent No.2 on 30.12.2018 i'e'' nearly after five (5) months' she
\--=.:@ stated that she has no grievance against the petitioners, as the entire loan amount was paid and the property documents were returned to her 5.
In view of the settlement arrived at by the parties and respondent No.2 having no grievance against the petitioners, the proceedings against the petitioners are liabk: to be quashed.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners / accused Nos. 1 and 2 io F.I.R.No.135 of 20lB on the file of Station House Oflicer, Lallaguda police Station, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
