Mr.B.Anurag, learned counsel, appearing for counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps as per law. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
