Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the counsel, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring of Ac.300 acres in Survey No.73 of Kothavalasa village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 10-10-2011 made by the petitioner. 3.
On 04-07-2012, this Court, while issuing notice before admission, directed the both parties to maintain status quo with regard to possession over the subject property.

Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the interim direction passed by this court on 04-072012, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property till disposal of the representation dated 10-10-2011 made to the 2nd respondent by the petitioners. It is made clear that the 2nd respondent shall dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, if the same is still pending consideration, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
