The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner gave a representation dt.27.11.2017 to the 1st respondent regarding allocation of Light Duty to him in view of his bad health condition, and that the 1st respondent has not disposed the said representation. 2.

Sri A. Ravi Babu, counsel appearing for respondents, states that the said representation will be considered by the 1st respondent within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
