In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C., petitioners/accused seek to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.26 of 2011 of Shaligouraram Police Station, Nalgonda District.

While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter dated 24-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shaligouraram Police Station, Nalgonda District, would submit that in this case, the charge sheet was filed on 21-11-2011 and numbered as C.C.No.4 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nakrekal and prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
