HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.466 of 2020 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mancherial, to enquire and decide I.A.No.288 of 2019 in O.S.No.83 of 2019 expeditiously.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the Petition and prayed to give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the said interlocutory application expeditiously.

The aforesaid suit was filed for specific performance of contract along with an application seeking ex parte temporary injunction in respect of the suit schedule property.

In the light of the innocuous relief sought by the petitioner, without delving into the merits of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Principal Junior civil Judge, Mancherial, to enquire and decide I.A.No.288 of 2019 in O.S.No.83 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
