HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1198 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the Investigating Officer concerned to seize the frozen amount in Crime No.83 of 2013 of Hanwada Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigating agency already filed referred report stating that the allegations made in the F.I.R are false and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
