Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition to declare the inaction of the respondents 1 to 3 in not mutating and recording entries in revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Acres 1.15 guntas in survey No.195 of Ramreddypalli Village, Telkapalli Mandal, Mahboobnagar District as "Kharij Khata Bhoodan". Petitioner contends that he had given representations on 21.06.2012 and 11.07.2012 to 3rd respondent.

It is stated by the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents that the 3rd respondent has commenced enquiry into the matter and issued notices to all the concerned parties.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry into the request of the petitioner of mutation of the subject land within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
