The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue by producing copy of the proceedings bearing No.B/352/2016 dated 03.02.2018 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order passed by this court has been complied with.

In view of the proceedings dated 3.2.2018, I do not find any violation of the order passed by this court and the contempt case is accordingly closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law, if aggrieved.
