SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No. 8199 of 2009 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The challenge in this writ petition was to the nomenclature assigned to the roads mentioned at serial No.24 in a tender notification dated 09.02.2009. As there was no interim order passed during pendency of the writ petition, the tender has already been concluded, contract awarded and the roads also developed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, it is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
