HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.3158 of 2020 ORDER:

It is represented by the both sides that the subject matter involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.17163 of 2019 dt.09-12-2019. Following the said orders and for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondents to pay 100% gross salary to the petitioners from April, 2019 onwards and continue to pay the petitioners in accordance with law. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
