This petition is filed by the petitioner/ de facto complainant for cancellation of bail granted to the first respondent in Crl.M.P.No.210 of 2017 in Crime No.26 of 2016 of Mahila Police Station, Vijayawada by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, at Vijayawada.

It is seen that this petition is straight-away filed before this Court without approaching the court which granted the bail.
